Battlefield 6 features a return to the series' classic class system, offering four options in multiplayer to choose from: Assault, Engineer, Support, and Recon. Each class offers its own set of unique abilities, passive buffs, and a signature weapon category. You can unlock the different levels of your Field Spec by earning XP throughout a match, as each level is unlocked the more XP you earn.
